Class Descriptions
Body Attack- An interval circuit including core cardio and weights.
Boot Camp- A strengthening workout that uses ball, step, bands, weights, sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, and a variety of cardio exercises for a complete workout.
Silver Sneakers- A seated aerobics class that moves you through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and flexibility.
Spinning- An instructor led interval cycling class.
Step, Kick, & Tone- A cardio/ toning class that uses weights and bands.
Stretch & Tone- An exercise designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and activity for daily living.
Moving for Better Balance Tai Chi- Ancient Chinese approach of achieving mind and body relaxation through balance, strength, and flexibility.
Total Body- An aerobics class designed to work your entire body using bands, weights, and a variety of cardio exercises.
Yoga- A system of physical and mental disciplines practiced to attain control of body and mind, tranquility, etc.
Zumba- An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance.
All aerobics classes are designed for ages 14 and older.
