CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SILVER SNEAKERS - CHAIR AEROBICS— A seated (or non-seated ...your choice) aerobics class that moves you through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength & flexibility
TONE UP— A Class designed to increase strength and improve range of motion with body weight and dumbbell exercises
YOGA— A system of physical and mental discipline practiced to attain control of body, mine and tranquility, etc.
GENTLE YOGA - Yoga for Beginners
YOLATES - A mixture of yoga and pilates
(pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and posture and enhance mental awareness.)
ZUMBA—An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance.
